We'd rather you keep using CutDrop than keep money you didn't mean to spend. Here's exactly where you stand, without the runaround.
The short version
Unused pack, bought in the last 14 days? Full refund — no questions asked.
Already used some credits? Those removals were delivered, so they aren't refundable — but anything that failed on our side is always credited back.
Charged twice for one pack? Always refunded, always our fault to fix.
What's refundable
- An unused credit pack within 14 days of purchase — refunded in full to the original payment method.
- A duplicate or accidental charge — refunded in full, at any time after we confirm it.
- Credits lost to a technical failure — a removal that fails is not charged in the first place; if one was charged by mistake, the credit is restored or refunded.
- Credits you couldn't use because the service was down — refunded if we can't restore access within a reasonable time.
What isn't refundable
- Credits already spent on successful removals. The output was delivered and downloaded, so that work can't be returned.
- Packs bought more than 14 days ago that have been partially used. Unused packs keep their value — credits never expire, so you can use them whenever you need them.
- Dissatisfaction with how a particular model cropped an image. Results vary by image; if a specific removal came out unusable, tell us and we'll look at the case individually.
- Accounts closed for breaching the Terms of Service, and credit balances on them.
How to request a refund
Email zdjingji@gmail.com with:
- the email address on your CutDrop account;
- your PayPal receipt or the transaction date and amount;
- a one-line reason (this helps us fix whatever went wrong).
We reply within 48 hours on business days. Approved refunds go back to your original PayPal funding source; the money typically appears within 3–5 business days, though the exact timing is up to PayPal and your bank.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here reduces rights you have under consumer law where you live — including US state consumer-protection and unfair-practice statutes. If your local law gives you a stronger refund right than this policy, that law applies and we'll honour it.
CutDrop is offered primarily to users in the United States and charges in US dollars. Where your card issuer or PayPal applies its own currency conversion or cross-border fees, those charges come from them, not from us, and we can't refund them.
Chargebacks
If something looks wrong, please email us before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve it faster. We cooperate fully with PayPal's dispute process and keep the records needed to show what was delivered.
Not sure if you qualify? Ask anyway. Email zdjingji@gmail.com — the worst answer you'll get is a clear explanation of why not.
