Before you buy
What counts as one credit?
One successful background removal = one credit. If the AI fails on your image, the credit is put straight back into your account.
Do credits expire?
No. They sit in your account until you use them — no monthly reset, no expiry date.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each pack is a one-time payment. Nothing recurs, and there's nothing to cancel.
What if a payment fails or I'm charged twice?
Credits are only added after PayPal confirms the payment, and one order can never be credited twice. If something still looks wrong, email us with your PayPal receipt and we'll fix it or refund it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent on removals aren't refundable, since the work has been done. The full rules are in our refund policy.
